Physical therapy is a fantastic way to overcome pain and injury as well as rehabilitate from a surgery or traumatic injury. However, depending on how you are accessing physical therapy care, your benefits may run out prior to you achieving the results you want. Conversely, you may achieve the goal you desired or that was set out by you and your therapist but want to achieve more. You may also want to continue to exercise under the guidance of a qualified and certified individual in order to improve your fitness and health in order to live a longer life, hike that mountain you have had your eye on, run the local road race next month, or ensure you can pick up your new grandchild as much as you want.

We understand the pursuit of improving ourselves and our bodies to stay active, fit and healthy for the long run. Our staff does it too. We also understand how challenging it can be to find a gym, training partner, or a safe space for you to continue to exercise and improve yourself. That’s why at Basecamp we offer Basecamp Performance.
What is Basecamp Performance?
Basecamp Performance is a service dedicated to meeting your health, fitness, and activity goals and needs on an individual and group basis. This service is not necessarily physical therapy but may be a continuation of physical therapy for some, but for others it functions as personal training, performance coaching, running and cycling coaching, and lifting progression coaching.
How does Basecamp Performance work?
Base Camp Physical Therapy is committed to our patients getting results, which is why our physical therapists treat each patient like the individual they are. If you don’t want to spend another unnecessary day in pain, we can help you make your body as resilient as possible.

How Does Basecamp Coaching Work?
We understand that trying to juggle many things in life becomes stressful and can become a barrier to exercise and progression in your sport and performance. Let us help. Basecamp coaching is a solution to your problem that allows you to meet with a coach that will build your training program based on where you are at, where you have been, and where you want to go. Marathon in 6 months? We got you covered. Gravel bike race coming up? Check. Looking to lean or bulk up or improve your ability to throw harder, hit harder, run faster, jump higher? You came to the right place.
Platinum package
- The holy grail, the whole nine yards. Unlimited coaching access hours 8am – 9 pm, including weekends and holidays. Programming for 24 weeks (or less) out from competition. Includes 3 in person visits each week for check ins, Maintenace, and progression. Whatever you need, we have you covered. We will never guarantee an outcome, but we promise you’ll be as prepared as you can be to set a personal best or be close to it.
Gold Package
- Our most popular. Unlimited coaching access during business hours, does not include weekends or holidays. Programming for 16 weeks (or less) out from competition. 2 in person visit per week for check ins, Maintenace, and progression. Almost anything you need; we have you covered.
Silver Package
- A good option for anyone new to coaching to test the waters. Access to coaching 3 days per week. Programming for 8 weeks out (or less) from competition. One in person visit per week for check-ins, maintenance, and progression. Covers basic needs, gets you good to go.
Bronze Package
- The ultimate appetizer. Great for a short-term crunch for an event or competition. Access to coaching twice per week during business hours. Programming for 6 weeks out (or less). Bi-weekly in person visits for check-ins, Maintenace, and progression. Not the most comprehensive but will get you feeling good in a short amount of time and is a great taste-tester for trying longer services for the next big event.
