Anna Chleboun

PT, DPT

Anna Chleboun grew up in Athens, Ohio, but soon made her way out to the PNW where she took full advantage of the lush trail running and rock climbing of Washington state. She has called Flagstaff home for 7 years, where she also completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at Northern Arizona University. Anna is an all around outdoor sport enthusiast as a long-time trail runner, rock climber, skier and mountain biker, with a background in modern dance, soccer and Pilates.

Over the years, Anna has refined her practice by completing multiple continuing education courses and participating in special interest groups focused on the treatment of rock climbers and runners alike. She also completed research that she was chosen to present at the APTA’s Combined Sections Meeting on physical therapist management of rock climbing injuries. Anna is dedicated to supporting and advocating for all of her patients through their rehab process. Whether the goal is to get back to the sport that they love or making sure that they can keep up with the grandkids, Anna is invested in keeping her patients moving and active throughout the rehab process.

When not in the clinic, you can catch Anna rock climbing in any of the stellar canyons surrounding Flagstaff, running the local or Sedona trails, backcountry skiing, or just enjoying the wonderful Flagstaff community with her husband.
