We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive professional for a Lead Service Coordinator Job in Flagstaff, AZ. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a welcoming, patient-centered experience while ensuring smooth daily clinic operations. You will greet patients, manage scheduling, assist with administrative and billing tasks, and support team coordination across the clinic. As a Lead Service Coordinator, you will also support regional operations by running reports, assisting other locations, and helping train and guide service coordinators. You will act as a liaison between leadership and the front office team while ensuring high standards of service and efficiency are maintained.
Compensation: $20 – $22/hour

Education:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of prior service coordinator or similar administrative experience
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, including assisting with intake and insurance details
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately within the clinic
- Maintain and update patient charts, forms, and documentation
- Utilize office software and equipment to complete daily administrative tasks
- Send and receive documents, including medical records and forms
- Monitor and restock office supplies to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with basic billing, payments, and insurance-related processes
- Maintain cleanliness of the clinic, including common areas and surfaces
- Wash, fold, and restock clinic laundry as needed
- Ensure completion of daily and weekly cleanliness checklists
- Run weekly operational and performance reports and distribute to appropriate parties
- Train and onboard new service coordinators
- Manage schedules for local service coordinators
- Serve as a liaison between the Director of Front Office and local management teams
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to service coordinators
- Attend and participate in weekly meetings with the Director of Office Operations
