Our Physical Therapists have spent years studying the journey people go through when experiencing pain that leads them to seek help. They have worked with individuals over the years to figure out the right physical therapy for each individual. We offer individual in-clinic visits and telehealth visits depending on the patients preference.
Bryan Barker, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT

Dr. Bryan Barker is a highly skilled physical therapist with extensive expertise in orthopedic and manual therapy. Originally from South Elgin, Illinois, Bryan earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Angelo State University after completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin Madison (Go Badgers!). A lifelong athlete, he competed in cross country and track at the club, Division I, and Division II levels, earning all-conference and all-region honors while also serving as a graduate assistant coach. His passion for running performance led him to become a Road Runners of America Certified Coach.
Following PT school, Bryan advanced his expertise by completing the Benchmark Rehab Institute’s orthopedic residency program, earning his Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification through the American Physical Therapy Association. He then pursued a fellowship in advanced clinical reasoning through the Manual Therapy Institute, achieving the prestigious title of Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT). These achievements, along with his Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist designation and Fellow status with the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists, place him among the top specialists in his field.
Beyond patient care, Bryan is deeply committed to professional development and education. He has mentored over twenty physical therapy students, won multiple Clinical Instructor of the Year awards, and was honored with the Dorn Long Outstanding Educator Award by the Texas Consortium for Physical Therapy Clinical Education in 2022. He frequently guest lectures at universities across the country and has developed continuing education courses on manual therapy, chronic pain interventions, and clinical reasoning.
Outside the clinic, Bryan enjoys skiing, hiking, listening to rock and roll, and exploring the craft breweries in the region. His passion for movement, both in his own life and in the lives of his patients, drives his commitment to helping people stay active and perform at their best.
Damien Hiser, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT

Dr. Damien Hiser is from Wichita, Kansas and is a graduate of Wichita State University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program, where he was named the Outstanding Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy Student. Damien also earned a bachelor’s degree at Friends University where he competed on the track and cross-country teams, earning All-Conference Honors.
Damien is an avid runner and hiker, continually competing in numerous road races from 5K’s to marathon’s as well as having summited fourteen 14,000+ft mountains in Colorado. Damien is currently furthering his clinical knowledge and expertise by pursuing a manual therapy fellowship through the prestigious Manual Therapy Institute to better solve the problems that patients face due to injury and pain. (Less than 1% of all physical therapists earn this fellowship distinction).
Damien is extremely passionate about helping all types of people, from the elite athlete to the busy mom of three and everyone in between. He has a personal interest in helping those who are suffering from chronic, persistent pain and for those who have seen multiple health care providers who have not found relief from their pain.
Ryan Byrnes, PT, DPT

Ryan Byrnes is a dedicated physical therapist with a passion for helping individuals achieve their full physical potential. He completed his Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology at Florida Atlantic University, where he conducted research on strength training and the positive effects of exercise on brain health. This experience shaped his strong belief in the transformative power of movement and its ability to enhance both physical and mental well-being.
After earning his Master’s, Ryan worked as an exercise specialist before returning to school to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Northern Arizona University. With a solid foundation in exercise physiology combined with extensive clinical training, Ryan offers a holistic approach to physical therapy that focuses on optimizing movement and overall health.
With a foundation rooted in both science and practical application, Ryan designs personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s goals—whether recovering from injury, enhancing performance, or maintaining long-term mobility. His patient-centered approach ensures that every person he works with feels supported and empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Outside the clinic, Ryan leads an active lifestyle, enjoying weight training, snowboarding, and hiking with his dog. He believes that movement is essential not only for recovery but for lifelong physical and mental health.
Anna Chleboun, PT, DPT

Anna Chleboun grew up in Athens, Ohio, but soon made her way out to the PNW where she took full advantage of the lush trail running and rock climbing of Washington state. She has called Flagstaff home for 7 years, where she also completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at Northern Arizona University. Anna is an all around outdoor sport enthusiast as a long-time trail runner, rock climber, skier and mountain biker, with a background in modern dance, soccer and Pilates.
Over the years, Anna has refined her practice by completing multiple continuing education courses and participating in special interest groups focused on the treatment of rock climbers and runners alike. She also completed research that she was chosen to present at the APTA’s Combined Sections Meeting on physical therapist management of rock climbing injuries. Anna is dedicated to supporting and advocating for all of her patients through their rehab process. Whether the goal is to get back to the sport that they love or making sure that they can keep up with the grandkids, Anna is invested in keeping her patients moving and active throughout the rehab process.
When not in the clinic, you can catch Anna rock climbing in any of the stellar canyons surrounding Flagstaff, running the local or Sedona trails, backcountry skiing, or just enjoying the wonderful Flagstaff community with her husband.
Luke Humphrey, Certified Personal Trainer

With a passion for helping people of all ages and backgrounds achieve their fitness goals, Luke Humphrey has been a dedicated strength and conditioning coach for over three years. A proud graduate of the University of New Mexico, Luke earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, finishing at the top of his class.
Luke brings a wealth of experience in both individual and team athletic training, having worked with athletes ranging from 5 to 98 years old. His expertise spans across various sports, including baseball, soccer, football, volleyball, and lacrosse, making him a go-to coach for athletes looking to enhance their performance and prevent injury. Whether you’re aiming to improve your general fitness or get back to the exercise you love, Luke has the knowledge and dedication to create personalized, results-driven fitness plans. Offering services in athletic development, general health and wellness training, exercise programming, and injury prevention, Luke welcomes all forms of exercise and is committed to finding what motivates you to move and thrive.
When he’s not coaching, Luke enjoys playing Professional Disc Golf across the southwest and United States, as well as giving back to his local church community. His well-rounded approach to fitness and life ensures that he helps each client build strength not just in their body, but in their overall well-being.
