Physical Therapist Job in Flagstaff, AZ – Basecamp Physical Therapy & Performance is seeking a passionate and driven Physical Therapist to join our locally owned outpatient clinic. Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities

Education:
Qualifications:
- Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT)
- Current and active Physical Therapy license in the state of Arizona
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and identify movement or functional limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one care including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery expectations
- Collaborate with referring providers and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure informed consent and communicate risks, benefits, and alternatives
- Discharge patients appropriately and provide follow-up recommendations
