Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT)
  • Current and active Physical Therapy license in the state of Arizona

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide one-on-one care including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education

  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery expectations
  • Collaborate with referring providers and interdisciplinary team members

  • Discharge patients appropriately and provide follow-up recommendations
